  • Movement has always been a central part of my life. Growing up, I was involved in a wide range of sports, and like many active people, I experienced my share of injuries along the way. These experiences introduced me to the rehabilitation process and showed me the value of care that emphasizes education, collaboration, and active involvement in recovery.

I went on to study Kinesiology at Queen’s University, where I developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, human performance, and how the body’s systems work together to support movement. During my internship as a student athletic therapist, I observed the benefits of combining hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation in supporting both recovery and performance.

I pursued Massage therapy as it allowed me to integrate these elements into my clinical approach. Through in-depth study of anatomy, massage techniques, physiology, and rehabilitative exercise, I developed a practice centered on exploring why symptoms may be present and how intentional, evidence-informed care can support overall function and resilience.

Today, I work with athletes, active individuals, and those experiencing chronic pain or movement limitations—anyone interested in better understanding their body and taking an active role in their health.

My goal is to support you in moving with purpose, recovering with intention, and building confidence in your understanding of how your body works, as you navigate training, sport, and daily life.

  • I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body moves, adapts, and performs — a curiosity that shapes both my professional practice and personal life.

Professionally, my interests centre around biomechanics, neuromuscular and myofascial therapy, TMJ dysfunction, and understanding how posture and daily movement patterns influence pain, recovery, and performance.

Personally, movement continues to be a core part of who I am. I value staying active, learning new skills, and maintaining a lifestyle that supports both physical and mental well-being.

Looking ahead, I’m motivated by the goal of building a multidisciplinary career that blends hands-on therapy, education, and leadership. I’m committed to continued professional growth, expanding my skill set, and exploring emerging research and advancements within healthcare.
